We smoke our pork and chicken low and slow, load our fries till they can barely hold, and fold crepes to order on the hot plate. These days most of it goes out the hatch and straight to your door across Ipswich — but you'll still catch the van at markets, festivals and events across Suffolk & Essex. Warm, fast, unmistakable.
